Children's Programs
The Teton Literacy Program offers programs to ensure that all children can read on grade level. We offer the following programs for children:

After School Tutoring Program
Students and volunteer tutors form animated reading partnerships, meeting one to two hours per week. Objectives are met by coordinating individual tutoring sessions where students receive one-to-one attention and tutors use specific lesson plans written by TLP staff. This program is for children in 1st through 5th grade. It is the longest-standing component of the Children’s Program. Classroom teachers identify students would benefit from our program and send referral forms to our office.

In-School Support
Local classroom teachers can request assistance from a trained TLP volunteer, who will offer support by creating smaller reading groups, working one-on-one with students, and providing teacher assistance during reading time.

Please go to the ! Teton Literacy Program - Calendar of Events !for a complete schedule of upcoming events and times.
